TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE

As part of the YSB State Grant Program, CYSA has been contracted to provide free technical assistance to YSBs to support DCF annual reporting. Our consultants are available to clarify or answer any questions not addressed in the resource material included below.

ANNUAL BUDGET REPORTING REQUIRMENTS AND DUE DATES

YSBs are required to report projected and year-end budgets to DCF fiscal annually.

FY25 Re-Certification Survey: Last year's survey was emailed directly by DCF for review and approval. Due on 9/9/2024.

FY25 PROGRAM DATA COLLECTION DUE DATES

YSBs are required to report specific program related data to DCF each year. As of FY24, all member YSBs are utilizing an online, integrated data collection system and report data quarterly to allow for more frequent data analysis.

For FY25, data must be entered and the certification form must be submitted by the following dates and the submission verification form must be completed.
