YSB Programming Data for Q3 Due 4/26

YSB programming data for Q3 needs to be entered by Friday, April 26th
Please note the following:
- Data for the 3rd quarter (January -March) of FY2023-2024 must be entered by Friday, April 26th. Any data that has not yet been entered for the 1st or 2nd quarters can be added as well.
- DCF has agreed to only collect financial data at the close of the fiscal calendar year. As a result, financial data does not to be entered.
- Collaborator data does not need to be reentered each quarter; only new collaborators need to be added.
- Regardless of your data system or how you submit data, all YSBs are required to complete the Data Submission Verification Form once you have completed entering your 3rd quarter data. The form will be available as the date gets closer.
- Entering data as you go is the best way to maintain your records. If you are behind in entering your data at any time, it should be updated in time for the next pull. Year-to-date compiled data will be collected on a rolling basis at the close of each quarter.
